Privacy policy
We collect the least we can, keep it secure, and never sell it. This policy explains what we collect and why — in plain language.
What we collect
Account details (name, mobile number, email), delivery addresses you save, order and return history, wishlist and bag contents, and basic usage data such as pages visited and device type. When you contact support we keep that conversation.
Why we collect it
To sign you in, take payment, ship your order, handle returns and exchanges, send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email, answer support questions, prevent fraud, and improve what we make and how the site works. With your consent, we also use it to measure and improve our marketing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking and wallet credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure pages and are never stored on our systems. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last details needed to identify the transaction.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), our courier partner Shiprocket (delivery name, address and phone), MSG91 (OTP and order SMS), and analytics providers (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) that help us understand site usage. We never sell your data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your bag, and measure how the site is used. Analytics and advertising cookies run only to help us improve the store and our campaigns; you can block them in your browser, though some features may stop working.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Support conversations and usage data are kept for a shorter period, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights

Security
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Passwords are never stored in plain text, payment data never touches our servers, and staff access to customer data is limited to what each role needs and is logged.
Children
Shyam Salasar is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
