Who we are
Shyam Salasar is an authentic Rajasthani food brand selling through this website. You can reach us at shyamsalasar544@gmail.com or +91 8875386544. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Accounts
Browsing is open to everyone, but placing an order requires an account. You can sign in with Google, Facebook, email, or a one-time code sent to your mobile. Keep your login safe — activity on your account is treated as yours.
Orders and limited stock
Our products are made in fresh batches. An order is confirmed only once payment succeeds — items in your bag are not reserved. If a payment succeeds after the last pack sells, we cancel and refund in full. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or breach these terms.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is free on every order. Prices may change between batches, but never after your order is confirmed.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay. We never see or store your full payment credentials. A payment that fails or is cancelled leaves your bag intact so you can retry.
Shipping and delivery
We ship across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on your order page; they're estimates, not guarantees. You can track every order from your account.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened packs in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery — see the Returns page for the full policy and to raise a request. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Coupons and promotions
Coupons apply as described at checkout — one per order, within their validity dates and usage limits. We may withdraw a promotion that is being misused.
Content and reviews
All designs, images, video and text on this site belong to Shyam Salasar and can't be reused without permission. Reviews must be genuine; we moderate them and may remove content that is fake, abusive or unlawful.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. Talk to support first — most issues get sorted there. Failing that, courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version live on this page applies to new orders. Last updated 21 September 2026.
